TP HCM là một nơi tập trung nhiều tài năng nghiên cứu và sáng tạo đủ tiêu chuẩn thế giới trong lĩnh vực IT, mang tầm cạnh tranh quốc tế. Vì vậy, quyết định thiết lập một văn phòng phát triển phần mềm IT tại TP HCM, mục đích chủ yếu là tổng hợp dịch vụ trò chơi giải trí, internet và dữ liệu, có thể mở rộng tầm ngắm đến các quốc gia Đông Nam Á.

Position: This position will be working directly with: Business feedback to come up with test cases. Development team to ensure quality of product. Project manager to ensure test phases, cases, strategies match. Technical manager to ensure testing technologies, tools applied match products. Responsibilities: Build test cases from business requirements. Manage testing approaches, strategies to ensure product quality. Execute test plans, manage feedback and results. Collaborate with developments team to make sure delivery of targeted functionalities.

This person should have deep technology knowledge and be able to evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for the delivery of products.The CTO should be able to make technological assessments and evaluations on key points of redundancy across systems and human capital planning.Build and manage a top caliber development team and oversee the development & project management.The CTO must be able to work in a fast paced environment overseeing development and deployment while keeping releases on time. The company will need to grow very rapidly to minimum ten millions of online users daily, so experience with scaling high availability systems is a must. The CTO should have a very analytical mind and be able to solve problems quickly.Responsibilities:Company Level Responsibilities:- Serve on the Executive Team, co-owning company strategy and leadership.- Prioritize the company over the specific function.Product-Oriented Responsibilities:- Create and articulate the company’s product vision and product road map.- Recruit, develop and retain top engineering talent.- Lead the engineering process.- Assist the CPO (Chief product officer) in delivering product improvements and features on time, with high quality, and with high customer acceptance and delight.Duties:- Fully responsible for the system architecture, design patterns, leisure games development and management.- Design the leisure game system architecture, optimize the implementation logic, solve technical problems, master the development progress, and ensure the program quality.- Coordinate testing, organize design and code review.- Fully responsible for leisure game content and full stack development (front-end and back end), have well-experienced in leisure games technical architecture.- Proficientcy with leisure game development, and experience in relevant industry for more than 5 years.
